Welcome to the Diversity Dragons!

Hello! We are the Diversity Dragons, one of the four pupil voice committees at St Nicholas!

Our job is to make sure everyone feels welcome, included and respected in our school.

We focus on three important areas:

• Rights Respecting Schools – We help everyone learn about children's rights and build on our Gold Rights Respecting Schools Award from last year.

• School Values – We help lead collective worships and organise special Values Days to celebrate our school values.

• Global Neighbours – We celebrate diversity, promote anti-racism and help everyone understand the importance of treating people fairly. We are working towards our Bronze Global Neighbours Award!

We want St Nicholas to be a place where everyone feels valued, everyone's voice is heard and we all work together to make a difference.
